Making legal documents accessible to everyone
A complaint, a rental contract, an application to a state body — each has to be drawn up in a set way, but you do not need a legal education to prepare one. What you need is the right template, clear questions and, at the end, a lawyer's eye.

Why we work this way
Five rules shape how every template, every question and every payment is set up.
- 01
Written by a lawyer
Templates are written by a practising lawyer. Ready-made text is not copied from elsewhere.
- 02
Plain language
Questions anyone can understand instead of complex legal terms. No legal education required.
- 03
Review first, then payment
A lawyer reads every document made from a template. You pay only after approval — never for a document that is not approved.
- 04
Minimal data
For your account: first name, last name, email and phone. Everything else a document needs stays inside that document only.
- 05
We do not replace a lawyer
We are for simple, recurring documents. In a serious dispute, court proceedings or cases involving large sums, nothing replaces professional advice.
Who is behind the documents and answers
Templates
Every template on the portal is written by a practising lawyer. Each document is written in line with the legislation in force in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a lawyer reads every document sent in individually.
Legal assistant
The assistant answers only from texts on e-qanun.az, the Ministry of Justice's official register. These texts are updated every week, and acts no longer in force do not appear in search. If no matching article is found, the assistant does not make up an answer.
This does not replace legal advice, and we do not claim it does. If the substance of a dispute is complex, working directly with a lawyer is always the better choice.
Nobody should have to wait days or pay hundreds of manat for a single document.
